How my journey began

The life I built—career, marriage, faith—fall apart. And when it did, I had to face everything I’d spent years outrunning.

The grief. The shame. The truth I didn’t want to speak out loud.

There was no map. Just a quiet invitation to stop performing and start listening—
to my body, to Spirit, to the parts of me I’d silenced in the name of being strong.

That’s where the real journey began.
Not fixing myself.
Not becoming someone new.
Just remembering who I was beneath the noise.

I’ve been through most of the things people are afraid will break them—divorce, job loss, spiritual deconstruction, depression, bankruptcy, the ache of starting over when you’re already tired.

That’s why I can hold space the way I do.
Because I’ve sat in the fire. And I’ve come out with more love, not less.

The Finding Balance Program

The Finding Balance Program is supported by a series of 12 workbooks which were born from my own process of falling apart and finding my way back. Each one reflects a part of the path I had to walk—through grief, desire, shame, awakening, and everything in between.
